After years of garage bands followed by college
Mike got a "real" job.
That was until he could get back to what he loved - his music.
Mike has been at it full time since 2007.
A true wordsmith, he puts his
heart and soul into his music and it shows.
Mike and Jill are happy to make their home on
Vancouver Island on the West Coast of Canada.
Jill Galt
Jill has spent her career playing, singing and writing music.
A graduate of University of Victoria, Canada, Jill spent years on Cruise Ships which paid the bills and let her see the world but it was only when she began writing in earnest that she started to really see the world. Mike and Jill are happy to make their home on Vancouver Island on the West Coast of Canada.
James Kocian
James Kocian is an award-winning writer/producer and VP of A&R for Street Lamp Records, as well as a song coach and music mentor.
James has enjoyed commercial success with various artists in multiple genres, including the recent Country/Inspirational #1 "Keep Your Eyes On Me" which he co-wrote, produced, and mixed.
He also was an assistant engineer on the 2023 Grammy winning song, "Fear Is Not My Future" (Brandon Lake/Mav City/Kirk Franklin).
His songs have also been featured by Ralph Lauren, Inditex (H&M, Mossimo, etc.), Bosch, and in many network, national and international television shows, networks, and movies. Including the PGA, X-Games, NBA Championship, The Today Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, and many more.
His song, "This Changes Everything" was the theme for the ELCA Mass Gathering in Houston, TX where he performed live at NRG stadium.

Melody Farm Music Mike McCaffrey. Jill Galt. and James Kocian have been co-writing since 2019. They were the recipients of the USA Song Writing Competition in 2022 in the "Best Children's Song" category with the song "You'll Be In It". Their rapidly expanding library crosses many genre boundaries.

CMJ2 Cheryl Mitchell lives in the Pacific Northwest region of the U.S. By profession she is a graphic designer and web coordinator but her real love is writing lyrics. Karen draws her inspiration from the people around her, her life experiences and memories of her life growing up in Montana. She writes for artists in the pop and country music and also for sync.
